Two tiers of black hyde leather shaped into a sculptural skirt, anchored by a thick waistband and punctured with blush pink hand-painted circular cut-outs that lighten the structure while revealing movement beneath. Along the hem, individually carved rhodochrosite stones, each attached by hand, trace the silhouette and sway gently with the body in motion. Black silk taffeta sits beneath each tier, preserving the skirt’s lampshade-like structure and sculptural volume.

A wearable art AOI collectible. This skirt was handmade between two specialist leather ateliers in Italy: first laser-cut and polished by a precision leather unit in Milan, then assembled by master leather craftsmen in Empoli.

Each AOI skirt merges timeless craftsmanship with meticulous hand-finishing techniques. Developed collaboratively with specialist Italian ateliers, the piece balances precision engineering with sculptural movement, transforming leather into something fluid, rhythmic, and architectural.
